Pebbles actively supports the involvement of parents with school activities.
All parents will receive six weeks notice of school trips and we welcome applications from parents to join us as helpers - all school trips have a ratio of three children to a minimum of one adult.
Please contact us if you would like to be considered for the board of parent governors; to be eligible you must have a child currently attending Pebbles.
We expect all parents to actively support our philosophy towards education and follow any guidelines supplied with regard to continuity of teaching after school. This is especially important with reading and mathematics as following a different structure could confuse your child.
It is expected that all parents will purchase a full set of the Oxford Primary Reading Level 1 and 2 'Early Start' books. This is essential for continuity of reading at home with parents outside of school hours.
All items brought to school should be clearly marked with your child's name. Please ensure that names are NOT visible externally, especially on backpacks.
All children must be brought and collected on time by a responsible adult. Pebbles will not allow a child to leave the school premises with anyone under the age of 18 years even if they are a member of the child's family.
If your child is unable to attend school for any reason we expect you to ensure that we are informed as soon as possible.
